DESCRIPTION:What is the Foundation Training?\nThe Foundation Training is the training program that prepares you to become a Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. DESCRIPTION:Una giornata di formazione per capire come progettare ed erogare workshop utilizzando mattoncini LEGO® e uno specifico set di dadi\n\nDa anni lavoriamo con metodologie che stimolano la creatività ed il pensiero laterale. Mattoncini\, carte illustrate\, trigger cards e dadi sono la nostra quotidianità. \nNel 2021 abbiamo voluto creare qualcosa di unico e nostro:  uno strumento composto da un kit di Dadi speciali creato ad hoc\, integrato con l’uso di mattoncini LEGO® per accompagnare consulenti e trainer verso tematiche di varia natura. \nGrazie a questo corso di formazione\, imparerai ad usare un nuovo strumento con il quale potrai far riflettere i tuoi colleghi e/o partecipanti su: \n\nstoria e utilizzo dei dadi\nla gestione dell’imprevisto\nl’importanza del fornire istruzioni (verbali o scritte)\, con diversi punti di vista\nla gestione delle risorse\nla teoria dei vincoli\nle difficoltà nel condividere una progettualità\n\nAbbiamo infatti creato dei format game-based che verranno spiegati e utilizzati in prima persona durante il nostro training.
